Typo.  plz read xtrnas-dev_1.2.3-3

Let me put it in different words and consequently.

	* In order to build libx11 Build-Depends xtrans-dev (whatever)

	* There is/was a problem with showing in6addr_any in
	  libx11-6.symbols

	* That problem was fixed by xtrans-dev at some point (I can't
	  say what, that's unclear from Debian.changelog and I dare not
	  to dig through git for that piece of info (I don't know C that
	  much))

	* libx11 still Build-Depends on whatever xtrans-dev

I was told that if Build-Depends and company are satisfied (and they
were satisfied otherwise build wouldn't have started at all) then the
package must build. If the package doesn't then it's FTBFS and serious.

However, as you wish.
