Bug#602373: Breaks "Xorg -configure" on systems without Voodoo hardware and leaves system in uncontrollable state (for normal users)

Since you don't actually need to do any Xorg -configure, I'm lowering
the severity. I'll try and reproduce this issue and get back to you.
