Bug#596562: compizconfig-settings-manager: 'ccsm' binary name not very discoverable - symlink?

Just for the sake of the argument: People installing bling on their
machine should either be keen on clicking through menus, and find
it. Or against menu-clicking, and be able to run dpkg -L to see what
they just installed.
