Using integrated HDMI output for graphics into a LCD TV (LG 32LC2R-ZJ)

Important:

I forgot pointing that I'm not sending this report from the box itself but 
from my desktop PC which is using different hw/sw so the software list in the 
report is not accurate. Also the box in trouble is running Mythbuntu 10.04 
amd64 but as it has no networking and this was only a wishlist report 
referring to a Debian package, I thought it would be fine to report it this 
way. Sorry in advance for any inconvenience.
