You have to use one of them if you want any hardware acceleration. :) I
expect the default of Option "AccelMethod" to be "EXA" for your setup.

The depth 16 issue could be fixed in xserver-xorg-video-radeon
1:6.13.1-1, not sure about the other EXA issue.
