Bug#586213: [Q965] xserver-xorg-video-intel: 2nd screen stays in blank/powersave after screensaver is closed

Package: xserver-xorg-video-intel
Version: 2:2.9.1-4
Severity: important

I have a Dell workstation that has some issues with the 2nd (DVI)
monitor when coming back from the screensaver. The first (VGA) monitor
works fine, but the 2nd stays in powersave mode.

I can reproduce this everytime with `sleep 1;xset s activate`
and waiting a few moments. When the 2nd monitor does go blank,
restarting gdm does not work; I must either reboot or shuffle the
screens around a few times with {g,x}randr.

Re: the glx lines in the Xorg log, I get the same results with and without
the fglrx module.
