Bug#581863: compiz-core: README instructs user to modify xorg.conf, which is almost certainly unnecessary
Package: compiz-core
Version: 0.8.4-3+b1
Severity: minor
README.Debian begins
"In order for compiz to work you need to add the following to you server
configuration file (/etc/X11/xorg.conf):"
However on a modern Debian system this is almost certainly
un-necessary. The default is not to have an xorg.conf at
all, and in this situation, composite is auto-loaded:
(II) Initializing built-in extension COMPOSITE
