Following up after too long, sorry about that.  Your log didn't show
evidence of an X crash, unfortunately.  I'm going to close this bug in
the hope that it's been fixed for you since you filed it.  Feel free to
reopen if not (and try to get a log from the actual crash, when that
happens X records a backtrace at the end of the log).  Thanks for your
report.
