Bug#571604: keyboard broken in X server, mouseemu related?

I installed the patched xserver-xorg-input-evdev but the problem remained.

I have attached the Xorg.0.log

There are a few explicit errors:

(EE) ioctl EVIOCGNAME failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device
(EE) PreInit returned NULL for ""appletouch""
(EE) ioctl EVIOCGNAME failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device
(EE) PreInit returned NULL for ""Macintosh mouse button emulation""
(EE) ioctl EVIOCGNAME failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device
(EE) PreInit returned NULL for ""Mouseemu virtual mouse""

and

"Mouseemu virtual keyboard": dropping event due to full queue!

returned later on in the file. I'm not quite sure how to interpret
this, but I have also attached the xorg.log file from running X
without mouseemu installed (but still with the patched
xserver-xorg-input-evdev. Hopefully this helps.

Cheers,

David
