Bug#569138: X 1:7.5+3 freezes kernel

after weekly squeeze upgrade from xserver-xorg 1:7.4+4 to 1:7.5+3

==>X fails with error message 
"dlopen /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/nvidia_drv.so undefined symbol"

xserver-xorg 1:7.5+3 
==> seems to freeze kernel; 
as soon as X has been started no input (kbd, mouse) possible;
as soon as X has been started remote connect via ssh not possible: ==> 
"connect to host xxxxxx port 22: Connection timed out"
"connect to host xxxxxx port 22: no route to host"

does not depend on xdm/gdm/kdm; error occurs as soon as "startx" has been started

never seen related error messages in syslog!
in majority of cases hex or binary information (see attachment) written into Xorg.0.log.
