Bug#566545: xserver-xorg-core: Please try newport on mips

Attached patch should tell the autodection code that mips machines can
have newport cards so they get tested and used.

(Untested, but it looks trivally enough to fix the first of the three
problems in http://bugs.debian.org/566490).
