Bug#540932: xserver-wrapper: bogus output to stderr before X is started

If the X binary wrapper runs into problems when nicing the X process, it will
spew disruptive messages to stderr that cause interaction problems with
whatever tried to invoke X. For example, the proper behaviour of the X
'-showDefaultModulePath' commandline argument is to output a path to stderr.
With the wrapper, situations like that might happen:

# /usr/bin/X -showDefaultModulePath
X: warning; process set to priority -2 instead of requested priority 0
/usr/lib/xorg/modules

It also causes '-showDefaultModulePath' to be unusable by a non-privileged
user.
