Oh, no. So, how can we do? Could we patch Debian?

Note that I've been maintaining local libx11 debs for Thai users for
some time here:

ftp://ftp.debianclub.org/debclub/pool/main/libx/libx11/

And it's not fun at all to catch up with every debian update..

And for Ubuntu, the patches have been applied since intrepid
(LP #273856). My OpenSUSE friend has also tested it, as reported
in the upstream bugs.
