Bug#519668: Set Option SHMConfig to true by default

Hello,

For configuration tool (e.g. gsynaptics), it is necessary to set the
option SHMConfig to true.
It is possible, to enable this option manually in xorg.conf with the
following configuration:

Section "InputDevice"
   Identifier "Synaptics Touchpad"
   Driver "synaptics"
   Option "SHMConfig" "true"
EndSection

But i think, it is better to set this option to true by default to work
with the configuration tool.
