top shows that luit is taking 100 % of one CPU.
strace repeats
poll([{fd=0, events=POLLIN}, {fd=3, events=POLLIN}], 2, -1) = 1 ([{fd=3, revents=POLLHUP}])
Neither Ctrl-C nor Ctrl-Z helps. SIGTERM and SIGKILL kills it.
