The module section shouldn't try to load this.

This one seems more likely to be the problem.

Are you trying to use those 3 cards at the same time, or just two?
Did this setup work previously with the nv driver? I'd have thought it
would be unable to POST secondary cards, and you'd have to use the
binary nvidia driver for that kind of setup.
