I believe I have the same issue after recent gnome upgrade which uses
mutter. When my desktop strts up everytjing is in very strange colors,
something is completely unusable (unreadable) and some graphic
glitches shows up.
Unless you get wrong colours in all OpenGL applications, e.g. even in
glxgears as mentioned by the reporter of this bug (which is BTW specific
to swrast_dri.so, which you're probably not using or mutter either
wouldn't work at all or would likely be unusably slow in the first
place), it's probably not the same issue.
