Bug#545314: must have USB devices plugged in before boot for xdm to know about them

Today making sure my devices were all plugged in to USB _before boot_
resulted in them all working properly.

lsusb shows it as
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 13ba:0017 Unknown PS/2 Keyboard+Mouse Adapter

The only differences in /proc/bus/input/devices are just
-S: Sysfs=/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.7/usb1/1-3/1-3.1/1-3.1:1.0/input/input24
+S: Sysfs=/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.7/usb1/1-3/1-3.1/1-3.1:1.0/input/input2
-H: Handlers=kbd event8
+H: Handlers=kbd event2
etc.

The devices show up in (this portion of) http://filebin.ca/nefqz/lshal .
The devices are nicely added in http://filebin.ca/wkrqao/Xorg.0.log .
