xkb: different modifier map from 1.5-2 to 1.6-1
Hi,
the upgrade from 1.5-2 to 1.6-1 changed my modifier map in this way:

Is this change a regression of is it intented? I'm asking, because my
window manager IceWM stopped working. I can't use the ISO_Level3_Shift
(0x73) any more.
