I'm seeing this one: when I startx with my USB keyboard plugged in, everything is fine and both the PS2 keyboard and the USB one honor my xmodmpa settings; after I unplug and replug the USB keyboard, it reverts to using a vanilla mapping, and my xmodmpa settings then only work on the PS2 keyboard.
