The ivtv driver needs rebuilding against the new xserver-xorg-dev.
Unfortunately src/ivtv_hw.c includes <asm/page.h> (for no reason) and
the driver ftbfs because that file doesn't exist so this can't be done
with binary NMUs.  Dropping the #include allows it to build.  Ian, can
you update the package in git?
