Bug#523652: TouchpadOff=1 doesn't work either

I see the same behavior since upgrading to 1.1.0-1.  Furthermore,
TouchpadOff=1 also has no effect (other than being shown correctly
with "synclient -l").

Kernel is 2.6.26-1-686.
