Here are some backtraces of Xserver during the crash.
I repeated the bug 4 times, each time with the same video file and it seems to produce the same result: after the launching the video the xserver hangs, I ask for a full bt and then enter the "continue" command causing X to restart on the faulty system.
I also attached a xorg log after the crash, but it doesn't seem to be very informative... Whatever, here you go.
