Bug#516936: xserver-xorg-video-radeon: Hangs on start with radion + mach64 dual head

With an AGP Radeon 7500 (r200) as the primary video card and a Rage II+ DVD (mach64) as the secondary video card, X hangs on startup.  This doesn't hang the system (ctrl-alt-del still properly shuts down and reboots), but it kills the display and it isn't possible to got back to a vt afterwards.

I have tried with various Int10 options and VGAAccess settings as well as various resolutions to no avail.

Doing separate xorg.conf and xorg.conf.1 (one for each video card) and launching two separate X servers (with -config /etc/X11/xorg.conf.1 for :1) works. 

Attached is a non-working config and log.
