FWIW, I think current upstream compiz automatically sets
LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT with --indirect-rendering, so that should no
longer be an issue. Other than that, the solution should be for compiz
to register with the session manager as "compiz" rather than
"compiz.real".
