Is it similar to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=470084
(there's a screenshot there)

If so downgrading to the previous libgl1-mesa-dri 7.0.2-4
(from http://snapshot.debian.net) should fix the problem.
