Bug#471332: xterm: Xterm will not start and produce a Segmentation Fault

I connect to my Debian system using ssh and in the terminal, when I
issue xterm I get a Segmentation Fault. Wterm runs normally.
I have produced a typescript of a gdb session. Hooe it helps
