Apt sucks even more in my view so that leaves us with no useful package manager in Debian.
Until that is fixed packages should work with what we have.xserver-xorg does not have a separate dependency on keyboard driver and mouse driver, it only depends in input-2 which is provided by any input driver. Since the vmmouse driver is broken and provides input-2 it leaves me with no input at all.
PS. Please don't close bugs until they are fixed or a good reason is found why the cannot be fixed.
