Bug#506871: xorg: Mouse trapped on second screen

I have a two screens configuration. First screen is on an IGP from Intel, second is on a PCI card (Matroc Mystique).
Since recently, when the mouse goes on the second screen, it can't go back on the first screen.

This bug also happens when I launch only "X", so I know it is a X problem and not metacity, gnome or whatever.

I attached xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log.
