That's harmless.

The Mesa intel drivers now default to syncing to vblank. You can
override this using the driconf option vblank_mode if you really need
glxgears to render more frames than you can see...

I think you'd just need to remove xserver-xorg-{input,video}-all
packages and instead make sure the specific input and video driver
packages you need are installed.
