Bug#464580: xserver-xorg-video-intel: X crashes with DRI disabled on 945G chipset

It seems that because dri doesn't work for the second session "something" else is used (EXA? AIGLX?). Then this appears to crash due to the rotate left.

Tomorrow I'll try to get the logs, it's getting late now.

Actually I think I need to pass "+extension RANDR rotate left" to the X server, but I can't find the documentation on passing parameters to an extension.

Thanks

You mean that adding Option Rotate left is what triggers the crash? Can
you send the corresponding log (with a crash backtrace at the end) with
xserver-xorg-core 1.4.2 and xserver-xorg-video-intel 2.3.2? Installing
xserver-xorg-core-dbg and -intel-dbg and catching a backtrace with "bt
full" in gdb would be the best.

I don't know, it looks like a question for kdm people.
