Bug#486340: debian/copyright needs updating

I just sent it to the intel-gfx list, I'll let you know what
happens. If nothing comes, I'll open a bug report upstream.

While having a few files without any license indication (as long as it's not "all rights reserved." without further note, "restricted property of...") in a agglomerate that is otherwise fairly homogeneous is suboptimal, it is not something the FTP team currently takes issue with if it is clear that these files have not just been ripped from some other place.[1] As such a debian/copyright featuring Moritz' conclusions is would be enough to resolve my concerns w.r.t this bug being RC / NEW review for the etch+1/2 packages.

1. A sample I looked at apparently came from XFree86 at the switch to X.org, which to me seems fine in terms provenance.
