  * Backport to etch:
    + don't build the xserver-xorg-video-i810 package (debian/control,
      debian/rules)
    + don't depend on new infrastructure from xserver-xorg-dev for Provides
      and Depends fields (debian/control, debian/rules)
    + don't build intel_reg_dumper, we don't have libpciaccess
    + change build deps on xserver-xorg-dev, libdrm-dev and x11proto-randr-dev
      to versions available in etch
    + only build the package on i386 and amd64
    + don't install a list of PCI ids
    + modify included xserver code in src/modes/xf86EdidModes.c to not rely on
      fields not present in the 1.1 version of the MonRec structure
    + fix configure to find the xserver source code in src/{modes,parser} even
      if srcdir and objdir are different
    + don't install the XvMC driver which is already in
      xserver-xorg-video-i810, and don't mention XvMC in the descriptions
  * Don't build the xserver-xorg-video-intel-dbg package.
