Right. The maintainer scripts in <<1.0.7 would completely ignore all the
xfs restart logic. They should work fine now, but the transition from
the old buggy ones to the new fixed ones is not perfect yet. When
upgrading from << 1.0.7, the old buggy prerm is called and it
systematically stops xfs without telling the new postinst to restart it
later. We may need a special case like "if upgrading from <<1.0.7, start
the daemon anyway". I'll look at it.
