Bug#464353: xserver-xorg-video-intel: [945GM] frequent lockups with 2.2.x and exa

I don't know which of the bugs #452739, #464353, #465694, #466459,
#469706, #470028, #475112, or #449314 to send this to, but I have this
issue with version 2.3.0 too. (Perhaps a meta-bug or merging would
make things less confusing?)

This is a Thinkpad R60 with Intel 945GM. I have no external monitor. I
think the crash is easily provoked when a second X session is started,
or when resuming from suspend. Often the session locks up after a mode
switch and shows a distorted image, for instance a barely recognisable
kdm after launching the second session.

I can usually reboot by switching to console and pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del
blindly.

Will try turning off EXA, and also 2.3.1 when it becomes
available. The log is from the first session after boot, before any
crash.
