Bug#480656: Second run of xawtv fails with XF86DGANoDirectVideoMode

After upgrading all xserver-xorg* packages (they all seem to have
different version numbers, so I reported the version from the xserver-xorg
package) in testing today, a first run of xawtv runs fine.

After quitting and starting a subsequent time, it fails with:

$ xawtv
