Xorg.0.log is from running without MacModel but it looks like the kernel is managing to lock up before it gets as far as logging much. Xorg.0.log.old is probably from a previous configuration of the same system but it was failing with similar symptoms (I haven't been able to use X on this machine at all since about December 31st).
