Ok, your system does not seem to like AGP 8x. Please remove BusType PCI
and try
    Option "AGPMode" "4"

If it still fails, try
    Option "AGPMode" "1"
instead.

The following line in /var/log/Xorg.0.log should change accordingly
    (==) RADEON(0): Using AGP 8x
