Your Monitor section is used for the VGA output. But you're using LVDS only.

  (II) intel(0): Output VGA disconnected
  (II) intel(0): Output LVDS connected
  (II) intel(0): Output TMDS-1 disconnected
  (II) intel(0): Output TV disconnected


In xorg.conf, try changing the Monitor identifier name from "Default
Monitor" to "VGA". Or just add
    Option "Monitor-LVDS" "Default Monitor"
to the Device section, it should work.
