Bug#417564: sarge->etch: x11-common has to conflict with ucbmpeg-play

My "apt-get dist-upgrade" failed because /usr/X11R6/bin was not empty.
The only binary left was mpegplay from ucbmpeg-play. Even after removing
the binary the package x11-common failed to install:
