Package: xserver-xfree86 Version: 4.3.0.dfsg.1-5 Severity: wishlist Keith Whitwell created a new driver for the intel graphics cards from the i830 to the new i915. This driver supports more cards than the existing one and according to the developers supports using the second monitor (the external monitor on a laptop) as a different screen. Could you please include this driver in the package? Greetings, Pedro.Attachment: signature.asc

Closing this bug since i915 will never be backported in Sarge and has been available in Xorg/Etch for a while. Brice
