Yes, the upgrade from XFree86 did not remove those files before
installing the new ones.
Can I remove these?
$ find /etc/X11|grep 86

/etc/X11/Xsession.d/90xfree86-common_ssh-agent

Don't know about the ones I removed, but these ones should be ok.
