Bug#31396: add man pages for --help booby trapped commands

A true (bash his)story:
$ xkb<TAB>
xkbbell xkbcomp xkbevd xkbprint xkbvleds xkbwatch
$ man xkbwatch
No manual entry for xkbwatch
See 'man 7 undocumented' for help when manual pages are not available.
$ man 7 undocumented
q
$ xkbwatch --help

At which point one gets a funny window. One clicks the X on its upper
right corner to get rid of it, and icewm asks if one wants to logout.
This window has friends in high places apparently and should not be
disturbed further. (Pssst, ^C behind its back worked however.)

$ dlocate xkbwatch
x11-xkb-utils: /usr/bin/xkbwatch
$ dlocate -L x11-xkb-utils|grep /doc/
/usr/share/doc/x11-xkb-utils
/usr/share/doc/x11-xkb-utils/copyright
/usr/share/doc/x11-xkb-utils/changelog.gz

Anyway, perhaps the missing man pages could be added or written, if
anybody knows what the command does.

Wait, now online I see that the pages have been written already, but
not installed. I have an idea. If the pages languish more than five
years in the queue without being installed, they should be installed
anyway -- better than nothing, as e.g., bug #14191 is 10 years old.
