There have been some changes regarding the default AGP mode (to fix some 
lockup like yours on other boards). I guess it will help if you add 
Option "BusType" "PCI"? Also, try changing your AGPMode in the Device 
section (without Option BusType) and let me know which AGPMode works or not.
