xlibs: directories left behind after removal (xkb)

Hello,

Upon the removal xlibs, as suggested by aptitude, I read a warning
about /etc/X11/xkb/ not being empty. Is this directory really extra and
can it be removed safely?

I suppose /usr/share/X11/xkb/ is the currently used path, isn't it?
