Bug#451917: xserver-xorg-video-intel: continued report for XAA possibility

Followup-For: Bug #451917

XAA was a nice idea, which I thought might work, but it didn't help.  X
-probeonly still gives complete lockup for version 2:2.2.0-1 of
xserver-xorg-video-intel while there are no X problems for version 2.1.1-4
of that package.

>From the log below xaa is only loaded after the error message

(EE) intel(0): First SDVO output reported failure to sync

which I still think is an important diagnostic.

Let me know if there are any other tests I can run to help you narrow this
problem down.
