Bug#451977: xorg: After lastest upgrade HorizSync and VertRefresh no longer works

When reading EDID from a connected monitors fails xorg no more uses the manually provide HorizSync and VertRefresh which means that xorg will fall back to the hardcoded 800x600 and not permit any higher resolution even if the graphics card supports it and the user have added HorizSync and VertRefresh
