Bug#448863: Can't install xserver-xorg package (postinst error)
Package: xserver-xorg
Version: 1:7.3+3
Severity: important
Hi,
I just tried to reinstall a system from scratch, but I cannot install Xorg server,
since the postinst script failed with an error code 10.
I added "set -x" at the top of /var/lib/dpkg/info/xserver-xorg.postinst to see what's
happening, and it seems there's a problem with debconf.
However, I lack knowledge on how to fix this. So, currently, Xorg is unusable for me :(
You can find the output of the postinst script attached to this report.
Thanks,
- Jonathan
