Severity: important
Justification: fails to build from source

/usr/X11R6/bin is a simple link to /usr/bin. This makes compiling
a different version of X11 difficult and requires manually moving
the X11 unique files from to /usr/bin to another directory.

The /usr/X11/bin should always be kept and X11 unique files installed
in it. This way, new versions may be tested an installed without the
user having to compensate for this deficit.

No. The local admin can install stuff in /usr/local or /opt,
/usr/X11R6/bin and /usr/bin/X11 are deprecated.
