Bug#446801: xserver-xorg-video-ati: Radeon Xpress 200G and CRT end up with just a black screen

OK, restarted the machine, seemed to work OK to start X and quit, getting the 
console back.

In the end, I needed to play with the PanelSize option, since it listed 
1280x1024 as an available option for the VGA output, but only 640x480 for LVDS 
(it's actually not a laptop, but a cheapo machine with an on-board ATI chip).

All seems to be back to normal now.
